Shipping fees and times are determined on shipping speed and item weight/size. To establish the applicable shipping fee and time for items in your cart, follow these steps:
1. Choose Proceed to Checkout.
2. Enter your shipping address.
3. Choose a shipment speed and click Continue.
4. Continue after selecting a payment method.
5. The total shipping and handling cost, as well as the projected delivery date, are provided in the Order Summary.
We DO NOT ship internationally.
We ship from Ontario, Canada.
All orders ship within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Please do not worry! Check the tracking number and the status of your package. If you still haven't received the order within 24 hours after the status has been changed to "delivered", please contact us. We will help!
We're sorry you weren't pleased with your Mamma Mia Covers! To obtain the return address, please contact our customer service staff via phone, email, or live chat. Send the package back to our warehouse for a refund or exchange. You will be liable for any shipping fees incurred through the use of your selected courier.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days after receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition. It must also be in its original box, complete with folding cardboard, directions, and elastic straps. If the returned item is in unsellable condition, we will impose a restocking fee of 20-50% of the purchase price.

Once your return is received and inspected, It usually takes 3-5 business days for a refund to reach your account.

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Also, feel free to use Shop Pay, Klarna or AfterPay. These options are available at Checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mammamiacovers.com. Orders can only be canceled 15 minutes after they are placed. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly to ensure that our customers receive their orders as soon as possible.
You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number when your package is shipped. Use this tracking number to check where your order is.
You can only use one promo code per order. If you’ve come across two valid promo codes in the wild, pick the one you like more ;)
