Returns & Exchanges

At Mamma Mia Covers, we want you to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and exchange process is designed to be smooth and fair. You have 30 days from the shipment date to request a return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us by phone, email, chat, or contact form.

  2. Make sure your item qualifies for return (see conditions below).

  3. Send it back within 7 days of getting a return confirmation from our team.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition.

  • No stains, odors, scratches, or pet hair.

  • Must include original packaging, labels, tags, and instructions.

  • Items must not be altered (e.g., care tags removed).

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, washed, or damaged products.

  • Missing original packaging or labels.

  • Products returned after 30 days or not shipped back within 7 days after approval.

  • Fabric swatch sets (non-refundable).

Return Shipping Options

Option 1: Use Your Carrier
  • You are responsible for shipping.

  • Use a trackable service and consider adding insurance.

Option 2: Use Our Prepaid UPS Label
  • Flat fee of $25 CAD, deducted from your refund.

  • The label will be emailed within 24 hours.

  • Attach it to the original or same-size box.

  • Drop off at any UPS location.

Important: Flat-rate labels are available only for customers in Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta.

For other provinces/territories (New Brunswick, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories), label costs are based on standard UPS rates — we’ll confirm the amount before proceeding.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of shipment.

  • One exchange per order.

  • You cover the return shipping.

  • For second exchanges, the customer covers both return and new shipping fees.

Refunds

  • Processed within 3–5 business days after return is received.

  • Refunded to your original payment method.

  • We’ll email you once your refund is issued.

Wrong Item or Size?

If you received an incorrect product or size, contact us immediately. We’ll send the correct item at no extra cost and cover return shipping for the incorrect one.

Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery will result in a $25 CAD return shipping fee, as carriers bill us for returned packages.
