I suggest you make your packing information clearer, as there was no mention of the company on the damage the box that I received.
Thankfully, the original packaging of the item was intact. I was eager to try it on the sofa so I forgot to wash it first. It did not take more than 5 minutes for me to feel itchy in my back arms and legs. I'm only allergic to dust, so I do have suspicions that this was a returned item instead of a new unused one. There would be nothing wrong with that if the item was washed and sold as open box.
I don't have any itchiness since I washed it.
I also find issues with the short cardboard cylinders that are supposed to keep the cover from getting loose. I have to adjust them back quite frequently, and I assume they won't last very long with this handling. I will have to get some pool noodles when they are in season, and will probably have to make my own, longer and tougher cardboard rolls to serve in the meantime.

As the other piece I mentioned doesn’t work, this is the matching piece. The fabric has to be stretched beyond the desired effect to fit. I specifically researched before ordering to make sure it would work and was assured it would fit. But for $500 this is not good.

If I purchased the fuco-cotton slipcover in teal color for my two-seater. Its width is 63 so I was doubting if it fits my couch. Luckily the fabric is stretchable so after some dancing with it we've got a cool-looking sofa.

I have not had this long i bought for the love seat 1st. Fit well and seems like it should hold up. I have 2 Australian shepherds and 1 border collie they are always on the furniture. This is cheaper then buying new...i ordered the Couch a few days later. If they last a yr ill still be happy and buy again
